Small beginnings can create beautiful outcomes. My name is Kate & my husband Daniel & I will be opening the doors to our coffee shop this summer of 2026 in Rocheport, MO right along the Katy Trail. Pataskala Coffee House is my way of creating home and welcoming others to the table.
I’m excited for our 400 square foot building & outdoor pavilion to be the resting stop for many making their way along the trail to listen to some live music, play in the park with their children, and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. While our business is still new- just a sapling - we can’t wait to grow both within our community & ourselves.
